How can I contact DStore

If your query is regarding an order you have already placed please include your name and order number.

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours during week days.

Please do not make the same enquiry via multiple channels as this may mean your enquiry will take longer to respond to.

Products

Are size charts available for your garments?

Yes, these are displayed above the 'Quantity' field on all product pages.

Why aren't larger sizes available?

Some printing equipment has a maximum bed size. This means we cannot offer some designs on larger garment sizes.

Orders

How long will my order take to be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days of receipt.

What are your shipping times and costs?

I have only received part of my order - what should I do?

If your order contains different items these may be shipped from separate locations and so may arrive at different times.

Therefore, please wait until after the maximum estimated delivery time before contacting us.

Do you offer a next-day delivery service?

Unfortunatley we cannot offer a next-day delivery service.

Most of our products are printed on-demand. This reduces wastage and the wasteful usage of storage facilities.

It takes time for garments to be printed, processed and made ready for despatch and this process cannot be expedited.

Gift Cards

How do I redeem a Gift Card

When making a purchase you can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code at checkout. This code isn't case sensitive.

A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping.

When redeeming a Gift Card, the checkout displays one of the following options:
• If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then you can click Complete order.

• If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then you are prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.
